Facebook Groups File-Sharing
Mashable reports that Facebook rolls out file-sharing feature for groups. It is available now only in Facebook Groups for Schools, which can be joined only by users with the valid email address of the particular college or university. In the nearest future, sharing of the files on Facebook will be available for everyone in any group.
Warren Buffett said: I will not buy Facebook shares
81 year old billionaire Warren Buffett said that he is not going to buy shares in Facebook but also mentioned that he doesn’t consider Facebook as a second dotcom bubble. “People get excited about companies that have done that well.”
The Daily Telegraph reported Mr Buffett saying: “It is not a bubble… this is not what we were seeing in late 1999 all the way into 2001. We aren’t in any bubble phase of anything.”
Facebook Action Links: Interact with Timeline Apps
Yesterday, Facebook introduced the new function, which is called “Action Link”. This link will appear next to the Like and Comment ones, but its main purpose will be to “interact with your timeline app directly from Facebook.”
